【摘要】:1.1ThisStandardappliestoaseriesofstraightfaceandcrownedfaceweldedsteelsingpulltyswhichhaveanumberofsteelwingplatesthatextendradiallyfromthelongitudinalaxisoftwocompressiontypehubassembliesandareequallyspacedaboutthepulleycircumference.Thepurposeofthecompressiontypehubsistoprovideaclampfitontheshaft.Thewingsaresupportedorjoinedbyweldedsteelplatessoarrangedastoformtheshapeoftwofrustumsofconesorregularpyramindsbeingjoinedattheirbases.Abarofsufficientradiusisattachedtotheouterlongitudinaledgeofeachwingtoprovidemorecontactareawiththebelt.Thisstandardisrestrictedtopulleyswhichdonottransmittorque.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletopulleyswithcontinuous(uninterrupted)rims,castpulleys,orpulleysutilizingnon-compressionhubs.Thisstandardestablishesloadratings,allowablevariationfromnominaldimensions,permissiblecrowndimensionsandsuchoveralldimensionsasarenormallynecessarytoestablishclearancesforlocationofadjacentparts.Thepulleydiameters,facewidthsandshaftsizesshownarethosethatarenominallyusedincurrentbeltconveyorandelevatorpractice.Theseonlyarecoveredbythisstandard:allothersizesandcapacitiesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.1.2Weldedsteelwingpulleyscoveredbythisstandardshouldnotbeusedwithsteelcableandotherhighmodulusbeltsbecausesuchbeltscreatestressconcentrationsanddemandmanufacturingtolerancesbeyondthecapacitiesofthesepulltys.
