【摘要】:ThispartofISO17734givesgeneralguidanceforthesamplingandanalysisofairborneisocyanatesinworkplaceair.Whenaminesandaminoisocyanatesaresuspectedtobeemitted(e.g.fromthermaldegradationofPUR),itisrecommendedthatinadditiontoisocyanatestheaminesandaminoisocyanatesinairaredetermined,usingDBAandethylchloroformateasreagents(ISO17734-2).Themethodissuitableforthedeterminationofawiderangeofdifferentisocyanatesinboththegasandparticlephases.Typicalmonofunctionalisocyanatesthatcanbedeterminedareisocyanicacid(ICA),methylisocyanate(MIC),ethylisocyanate(EIC),propylisocyanate(PIC),butylisocyanate(BIC),andphenylisocyanate(Phi).Typicalmonomericdiisocyanatesinclude1,6-hexamethylene-(HDI),2,4-and2,6-toluene-(TDI),4,4'-diphenylmethane-(MDI),1,5-naphthyi-(NDI),isophorone-(IPDI),and4,4'-dicyclohexylmethanediisocyanate(HMDI).MultifunctionalisocyanatesthatcanbedeterminedaretypicallyoligomersinpolymericMDI,biuret-,isocyanurate-,andallophanate-adductsandprepolymericformsofisocyanates.Theinstrumentaldetectionlimitforaliphaticisocyanatesisabout50fmolandforaromaticisocyanates,itis2fmol.Fora15-1airsample,thiscorrespondsto0,6ngrrr3forHDIand0,02ngrrr3forTDI.Theusefulrange,fora5-1airsample,ofthemethodisapproximately0,001ug-rrr3to200mg-rrr3forTDI.
