【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthemethodoftestingtheknowledgeandskillofawelderwhoisrequiredtocarryoutweldsonthermoplasticsinnewconstructionsandrepairwork.Theskillexaminationofawelderisanessentialconditionfortheassuranceofthequalityoftheweldingwork.Theapplicationofthisstandardguaranteesthattheexaminationiscarriedoutaccordingtoauniformtestprocedure.Thestandardapplieswhenthecontractorortheauthoritiesresponsiblefortheapplicationrequireit.Gasandwaterutilitynetworkindustrieswithalternativequalificationprogrammesareexcludedfromthisstandard.Thisstandardappliestothefollowingweldingprocesses:—hotgaswelding:roundnozzle,highspeednozzle,wedge;—extrusionwelding;—heatedtoolwelding:butt,saddle,socket,wedge;—electrofusionwelding:socket,saddle.Thisstandardappliestotheweldingofthefollowingproducts:—sheet;—pipe;—fittings;—liningmembrane.Thisstandardcoverstheweldingofthefollowinggroupsofmaterials:—forsheets,pipesandfittings:—group1:PVC(itincludesallkindsofPVC-UandABSandPC);—group2:PP(itincludesallkindsofPP);—group3:PE(itincludesallkindsofPE,PB);—group4:PVDF;—group5:ECTFEorPFAorFEP.—forliningmembranes:—group6:PVC-P;—group7:PE(itincludesallkindsofPE);—group8:ECB.
