【摘要】:ThispartofISO3547specifies,followingISO12301,thecheckingoftheoutsidediameterofwrappedbushes(ISO3547-2:2006,methodsA,BandD)anddescribesthenecessarycheckingmethodsandmeasuringequipment.Wrappedbushesinthefreeconditionareflexible,butafterinsertiontheyadaptlargelytotheshapeofthehousingboreduetotheoversizebetweentheoutsidediameterofthebushandthehousingbore.Forthisreason,checkingoftheoutsidediameterofwrappedbushescanonlybecarriedoutunderaconstrainingloadbyuseofspecializedmeasuringequipment.NOTE1ThedimensionsandtolerancesofwrappedbushesaregiveninISO3547-1.CheckingthewallthicknessisthesubjectofISO3547-7.
