【摘要】:Thetestingofhydrauliccementisanimportantelementinobtainingqualityconstruction.Atestinglaboratorymustbeselectedwithcare.Atestinglaboratoryshallbedeemedqualifiedtoperformandreporttheresultsofitstestsifthelaboratorymeetstherequirementsofthispractice.Thispracticeprovidesguidanceforevaluatingtheorganization,personnel,facilities,andqualitysystemsofthelaboratory.Thispracticemaybesupplementedbycriteriaandrequirementsforparticularprojects.1.1ThispracticecoversthetechnicaltrainingandexperienceoflaboratorytestingpersonnelandidentifiestheminimumtechnicalrequirementsforlaboratoryequipmentusedintestingofhydrauliccementasprescribedbyASTM.1.2Thispracticeprovidesminimumcriteriaforevaluatingthecapabilityofalaboratorytoperformchemicalorphysicaltestslistedinthevariousspecificationsonhydrauliccement(seeNote1).Note18212;RelevanthydrauliccementspecificationsareSpecificationsC91,C150,C595,C845,andPerformanceSpecificationC1157.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
