【摘要】:Samplingshallbeselectedinarandommanner,ensuringthatanyunitinthelothasanequalchanceofbeingchosen.Samplingshouldnotbelocalizedbyselectionsbeingtakenfromthetopofacontainerorfromonlyonecontainerofmulticontainerlots.Thepurchasershouldbeawareofthesupplier’qualityassurancesystem.Thiscanbeaccomplishedbyauditingthesupplier’qualitysystem,ifqualifiedauditorsareavailable,orbythird-partyassessmentcertification,suchasprovidedbyQS9000,ASQ9000,orISO9000.1.1Thisguideprovidessamplingmethodsfordetermininghowmanyfastenerstoincludeinarandomsampleinordertodeterminetheacceptabilityordispositionofagivenlotoffasteners.1.2Thisguideisformechanicalproperties,physicalproperties,coatingrequirements,andotherqualityrequirementsspecifiedinthestandardsofASTMCommitteeF16.DimensionalandthreadcriteriasamplingplansaretheresponsibilityofASMECommitteeB18.1.3Thisguideprovidesfortwosamplingplans:onedesignatedthe"detectionprocess,"asdescribedinTerminologyF1789,andonedesignatedthe"preventionprocess,"asdescribedinTerminologyF1789.
