【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddealswithsafetyaspectsofpowertransformers,powersupplies,reactorsandsimilarproductssuchaselectrical,thermalandmechanicalsafety.Thisstandardcoversthefollowingtypesofdry-typetransformers,powersupplies,includingswitchmodepowersupplies,andreactors,thewindingsofwhichmaybeencapsulatedornon-encapsulated:a)Stationaryorportable,single-phaseorpoly-phase,air-cooled(naturalorforced),isolatingandsafetyisolatingtransformers,independentorassociated,notformingapartofdistributionnetworksandwiththefollowingcharacteristics:–ratedsupplyvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.;–ratedsupplyfrequencynotexceeding500Hz;andcomplyingwiththefollowingvalues,unlessotherwisespecifiedintherelevantpart2:forisolatingtransformers:–ratedoutputforsinglephasetransformers,notexceeding25kVA,andforpolyphasetransformersnotexceeding40kVA.–no-loadoutputvoltageandtheratedoutputvoltageexceeding50Va.c.,andnotexceeding500Va.c,or1000Va.c.tobeinaccordancewiththeNationalWiringRulesorforaspecialapplication.forsafetyisolatingtransformers:–ratedoutputforsinglephasetransformersnotexceeding10kVA,andforpolyphasetransformersnotexceeding16kVA.–no-loadoutputvoltageandtheratedoutputvoltagenotexceeding50Va.c.betweenconductors,orbetweenanyconductorandprotectiveearth.b)Stationaryorportable,single-phaseorpolyphase,air-cooled(naturalorforced)separatingtransformers,auto-transformers,variabletransformersandsmallreactors,independentorassociated,notformingapartofdistributionnetworksandwiththefollowingcharacteristics:–ratedsupplyvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.;–ratedsupplyfrequencynotexceeding500Hz;andcomplyingwiththefollowingvalues,unlessotherwisespecifiedintherelevantpart2:–no-loadoutputvoltageoraratedoutputvoltageforbothindependentandassociatedtransformersnotexceeding15kVa.c.,andforindependenttransformers,aratedoutputvoltagenotlessthan50Va.c.;–ratedoutputnotexceedingthefollowingvalues:–1kVAforsingle-phasetransformers;–2kVARforsingle-phasereactors;–5kVAforpoly-phasetransformers;–10kVARforpoly-phasereactors.c)Stationaryorportable,single-phaseorpolyphase,air-cooled(naturalorforced),independentorassociatedpowersuppliesandswitchmodepowersuppliesincorporatingoneormoretransformer(s)oftypea)orb),notformingapartofdistributionnetworksandwiththefollowingcharacteristics:–ratedsupplyvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.;–ratedsupplyfrequencynotexceeding500Hz;–internaloperationalfrequencyforpowersuppliesnotexceeding500Hzandforswitchmodepowersuppliesnotexceeding100MHz;andwiththefollowingvalues,unlessotherwisespecifiedintherelevantpart2d)Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletotw-markedtransformerswitharatedoutputnotexceeding1000VAandwherethetw-temperaturedoesnotexceed140°C(tw140).However,tw-markingoftransformersisoptional.
