适用范围
本标准规定了移动通信网中的GSM/GPRS/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA网和cdma2000/HRPD网在安全等级保护、风险评估、灾难备份及恢复等方面的安全防护检测要求，其中TD-SCDMA/WCDMA移动通信网的安全防护检测要求主要基于3GPP R7以前版本（含R7版本）。
本标准适用于公用电信网中的移动通信网。

Scope: This SAE Standard sets forth the requirements for the attachment of three-point hitch implements or equipment to the rear of agricultural wheeled tractors equipped with quick-attaching couplers. It is intended to establish those dimensions which are necessary to assure adequate clearance between components and to assure proper functioning of the tractor-implement combination when the implement is attached to the tractor by means of quick-attaching coupler. 【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoreplaceablelamps(filamentlampsanddischargelamps)tobeusedinheadlamps,fog-lampsandsignallinglampsforroadvehicles.ItisespeciallyapplicabletothoselampswhicharelistedinIEC60809.However,thestandardmayalsobeusedforotherlampsfallingunderthescopeofthisstandard,aswellasforfuturedevelopments,e.g.suchwherethelightisproducedbylightemittingdiodes(LED).Itspecifiesrequirementsandtestmethodsforthemeasurementofperformancecharac-teristicssuchaslamplife,lumenmaintenance,torsionstrength,glassbulbstrengthandresistancetovibrationandshock.Moreover,informationontemperaturelimits,maximumlampoutlinesandmaximumtolerablevoltagesurgesisgivenfortheguidanceoflightingandelectricalequipmentdesign.Forsomeoftherequirementsgiveninthisstandard,referenceismadetodatagivenintables.Forlampsnotlistedinsuchtables,therelevantdataaresuppliedbythelampmanufacturerorresponsiblevendor.TheperformancerequirementsareadditionaltothebasicrequirementsspecifiedinIEC60809.Theyare,however,notintendedtobeusedbyauthoritiesforlegaltype-approvalpurposes.NOTEInthevariousvocabulariesandstandards,differenttermsareusedfor"incandescentlamp"(IEV845-07-04)and"dischargelamp"(IEV845-07-17).Inthisstandard,"filamentlamp"and"dischargelamp"areused.However,whereonly"lamp"iswrittenbothtypesaremeant,unlessthecontextclearlyshowsthatitappliestoonetypeonly.
